I’ve always been drawn to the question behind the question. Before asking how to solve something, I want to know why it’s a problem, who it’s a problem for, how it became a problem and what’s holding it in place. It’s the thread through a career that has spanned strategy and communications.
These projects come from my Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University, where I learned to work on those questions with systems thinking and futures methods.
