Hey people! Here’s an introduction to the Chronicles of Dania project.
The wedding episode is here! It’s by far the mushiest (you’ve been warned!), and one of my favourites in the Walking on Water series.
My partner, Ugo, and I got married in June 2018, in the perfect ceremony on Zanzibar Island. Think ethereal, fairytale, whimsical…it was the stuff of dreams. Literally, because apparently a destination wedding is a dream I’d had since I was a kid. Even my wedding song, Hillsong United’s Closer Than You Know, was something that I’d not just dreamed, but also talked about as far back as 2015- 2 years before I met Ugo, and 3 years before we got married.
There’s definitely something to be said for “putting things out in the atmosphere”, but enough talk; watch the video below for the full story.

Honey Granola Greek Yoghurt Bars
- 3 cups Greek Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Honey (plus extra to drizzle)
- Handful Granola
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey and yoghurt together until fully combined.
- Pour mix into pan lined with baking paper and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle granola over the surface and drizzle honey.
- Freeze at least 6 hours.
- Break into pieces (or slice with a knife into preferred shapes) and serve. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can make different flavours by replacing the honey and granola with other ingredients. Puree berries or other fruits with greek yogurt for fruit bars, or add cocoa powder to the yogurt and top with nuts for a crunchy chocolate bar.
